When will I receive my tickets?

Your tickets will be despatched on the day of purchase. You can call Customer Services on 01260 275121 at any time to check the status of your order. Should your booking be made up to 5 days prior to the event, your tickets will be available for collection from the onsite box office.

At the time of booking you will be provided with a unique reference number as proof of purchase.

Please keep your tickets in a safe place.

What if I don’t receive my tickets?

If you don’t receive your tickets 3 days prior to the event, please telephone us on 01260 2751210 and quote your unique booking reference number. We can then track your order. We can arrange for duplicate tickets to be collected on the day of the event.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

Should an event be cancelled or re scheduled, What’s On Tickets will endeavour to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. However, we cannot guarantee that all ticket holders will be informed before the actual event.

If the event is re scheduled, ticket holders will be offered seats at the re scheduled performance. If the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled performance, a full refund will be provided.

What if my ticket isn’t correct?

Please call What’s On Tickets customer service within 24 hours of receipt, as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to check their tickets. Mistakes cannot be rectified

What happens if I can’t attend on the evening of the event?

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, once booked, tickets are non transferable or non refundable unless a performance is cancelled.

What if my tickets are lost or stolen?

Please keep your tickets in a safe place. We can not accept any responsibility for any lost, damaged or stolen tickets

I have to collect my tickets from the on-site box office, How do I do this?

The ticket holder will be required to take their unique booking reference number to the box office in order to collect their tickets. This can be found on your email confirmation.

I have not received email confirmation. What should I do?

This could be due to filter services on your PC to protect you from spam. Please check your junk email first. If the email is not received within 24hours please call Customer Services on 01260 275121.

I live outside the UK will you post out tickets to me?

For customers that are non- UK residents we advise box office collection.
